We ship orders every business day from Monday to Friday (except for Bank Holidays). We aim to ship all orders (including bulk / wholesale orders) within 3 business days after the order being placed, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
All our orders are sent from our warehouse in Western Europe, located in Strasbourg (France).
Delivery will be made to the address specified through our checkout when you complete your order. Should you wish to change the delivery address after goods have been dispatched from our dispatch centre, we will require you to cover the delivery charges for the redirection (please note re-direction is only available for goods dispatched via courier). Please be aware that the redirection approval is subject to your order and account status.
We will provide a tracking number as soon as we get it from the carrier. We don't necessarily send the tracking immediatly : it doesn't mean that you order is not sent. Orders are updated on a regular basis and if your tracking was not sent to you in the last orders update, you need to wait for the next one. The process is automated and our team can't give you the tracking before it was added to the system. So we invite you to please wait with patience. But if you have any question regarding your order, we are here to help!
Please note that your cancellation request must be completed no later than 1 hour after you passed the order or you/we are not able to cancel it before it reaches you. If your order has been processed within the 1 hour after the order, we can't cancel your order even if your request has been completed in time.
But, remember that you still have the right to cancel for up to 14 days after you’ve received it! Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
