Stay well away! This is not an original product and surely does not have a Samsung battery! The battery in fact lasts 15 min a go, and the board does not operate well. The website is Hoverboards UK; we did not want a Chinese product - which this is definitely one!!!!! We have been in touch to return the product but were not successful, ignored and responded back in poor English that instructions to return will come tomorrow. The problem is that tomorrow never came. Please stay away!!!!!!

I bought 2 of these hover boards and karts for my girls Christmas presents, after purchasing I read some of the reviews online and started to panic but I needn’t have worried they arrived in a week and looked great and the kids absolutely loved them we did have a problem with one but after an email to the seller and a quickish response considering it was Christmas they explained how to re calibrate it and it now works perfect! Brilliant friendly customer service Would definitely buy again of these guys ! Thank you

The Hoverboard is an exiting gift to give a child: in my case it is a 'wow ' present for Christmas. And it was 'wow'. After a short, fun few minutes of balancing and a little help my ten year old was whizzing around in it. I haven't fully tested the battery s life : it was fine for messing around for half an hour and then re charge.
I was initially worried after I placed the order, when I read all the bad reviews. However, I liked the price; placed the order; after seven days it arrived and the Hoverboard is loved.
Very happy to give it a five out of five.

Bought this for my 11 year old son as a Christmas present and he loves it. He has hardly got off it all holidays, and it seems like very good value for money and is well built and not cheap and flimsy. The battery has a decent life before needing re-charging, and the Bluetooth is also a good extra for playing music etc. Would definitely recommend

Read some dodgy reviews about this company after I’d ordered a camo hoverboard from them as a Christmas gift.
Didn’t need to worry. Delivered promptly, great product for a great price. No problems with it so far and my kids love it.

We really like the hoverboard but are confused by the instructions which appear to be translated from another language rather badly. The grammar is so bad, it's difficult to understand the instructions. The voice of the hoverboard is (we think) in French, so we cant understand what its telling us.
